You may perform the following operations, among others, at the Studio:
- Choice of the property regime applying to the acquisitions of spouses or of people bound by a civil union or stable long-term relationship;
- Constitution of a “patrimonial fund” for the destination of assets to the satisfaction of family needs, including children’s;
- Marriage agreements in general;
- Establishment of destination constraints on assets, according to art. 2645-ter, c.c.;
